The Ministry of Education, Higher Education, and Vocational Education has confirmed that the 2024 G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination will be held as planned, starting on November 25 and concluding on December 20, 2024.
In response to calls from various groups to postpone the examination, the Ministry clarified that all preparations by the Department of Examinations have been finalized in accordance with a decision made in March 2024.
A statement from the Ministry emphasized that the A/L examination schedule has been carefully aligned with other national exams, including the 2024 G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination. Any alteration to the current schedule would disrupt the overall examination calendar, the Ministry warned.
