Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) National Organizer, Namal Rajapaksa, announced that efforts are underway to create more opportunities for young candidates, as well as provincial council and local government representatives, in the nomination process for the upcoming general election.
Rajapaksa highlighted that individuals under the age of 50 will receive increased consideration.
He also noted that vacant district and electoral organizer positions within the SLPP will soon be filled, with a strong emphasis on promoting young leadership.
