The appointment ceremony for the new Secretary to the Prime Minister, the Cabinet Secretary, and Secretaries for 16 Ministries took place yesterday (19) at the Presidential Secretariat.
The event was officiated by Secretary to the President, Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake.
