A few moments ago, the founder of the party, Basil Rajapaksa, confirmed that The National Organizer of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna(SLPP), Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa will be nominated as the party’s presidential candidate tomorrow (07).
Meanwhile, businessman Dhammika Perera has sent a letter to the Secretary General of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna to inform that he is withdrawing from the presidential race.
