Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake has been appointed as the Secretary to the President, according to the Government Information Department.
Previously, Dr. Kumanayake served as the Deputy Director of Sri Lanka Customs, where his research focused on areas such as corruption and integrity in customs, international trade, and development economics.
He holds a PhD in Development Economics.
