Education Ministry Receives Election Commission’s Request to Close Schools for Polling

The Ministry of Education has received a formal letter from the Election Commission requesting the closure of schools to facilitate the upcoming election.

The Election Commission has announced that preparations for counting centers will begin after the Grade 5 scholarship examination. According to the letter, schools designated as polling centers will be prepared on the 19th and 20th of this month.

The Ministry of Education previously stated that it would consider the Election Commission’s requests and take necessary steps to grant holidays to the affected schools.
