Election Commission Sets December 6 Deadline for Income and Expenditure Reports

The National Election Commission has announced that all candidates who contested the general election must submit their income and expenditure reports by December 6.

Political parties and independent groups are required to file these reports with the District Returning Officer.

Party secretaries must submit reports on behalf of political parties.
Group leaders are responsible for filing reports for independent groups.

This requirement applies to all candidates listed in the General Election. Non-compliance will be considered a violation of the Regulation of Election Expenditure Act.
