The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of LTL Holdings, which was scheduled to open today, has been postponed following instructions from the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).
In a notice published earlier today, the CSE stated that LTL Holdings must provide additional information and clarifications for review by the market operator. According to the CSE, LTL Holdings failed to disclose certain required information in its prospectus.
