During the ‘Ekwa Jayagamu’ rally held in Gampaha today (21), Minister Prasanna Ranatunga proposed that President Ranil Wickremesinghe should contest the next Presidential Election.

The proposal was unanimously approved by all those in attendance with a show of hands, according to an Ada Derana reporter.
