The security deposit for Namal Rajapaksa, the presidential candidate of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP), has been placed to contest the upcoming Presidential Election. SLPP General Secretary Sagara Kariyawasam placed the deposit on behalf of Namal Rajapaksa at the Election Commission this morning (14th).
