Four candidates for the 2024 presidential election have officially submitted their cash deposits today (26).
The Election Commission confirmed this in a statement.
The candidates who deposited the cash deposits are as follows.
– Ranil Wickremesinghe, running as an Independent.
– Sarath Keerthirathne, also an Independent candidate.
– Oshala Herath, representing the ‘Abhinawa Niwahal Peramuna’.
– ASP Liyanage from the Sri Lanka Workers Party
