The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) has announced that the public consultation period regarding the electricity tariff revision proposal will conclude on July 8.
Oral comments will be collected on July 9.
The PUCSL stated that the final decision regarding the electricity tariff reduction will be announced on July 15.
The Ceylon Electricity Board recently submitted the electricity tariff revision proposal to the PUCSL.
