The Railway Department has announced the cancellation of 25 train services from Colombo until April 25 owing to a shortage of railway power sets. Among these cancellations, two train services operating on the main line and the Kelani Valley line have been affected.
Affected train services include those from Colombo Fort to Padukka (7.15 p.m.), Colombo Fort to Ragama (7.02 a.m.), Ragama to Colombo Fort (7.30 a.m.), and Padukka to Colombo Fort (5.20 a.m.).
