Secretary to the President, Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, met with the Maldivian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka, Masood Imad, at the Presidential Secretariat on Wednesday, the 30th.
During the meeting, the High Commissioner shared the Maldivian President’s plans to visit Sri Lanka in the near future, according to the President’s Media Division (PMD). Discussions centered on reinforcing the longstanding friendship between the two nations, exploring enhanced collaboration in tourism, health, and education.
The Deputy High Commissioner of Maldives to Sri Lanka, Mrs. Fathimath Ghina, also attended the meeting.
