The Department of Agriculture has confirmed the successful testing of multiple seed species, including chillies, eggplant, green chillies, ladies’ fingers, and maize, paving the way for imminent exportation.

Reports indicate a notable surge in demand for these seed varieties from numerous foreign countries.

The Department of Agriculture stated that the requisite research on seeds was conducted by its experts, while the private sector has spearheaded the development and processing activities of the seeds with cutting-edge technology and expert guidance.
