Sri Lankan Nationals Advised Against Travel to Lebanon and Syria Amid Regional Instability

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka has advised all Sri Lankan nationals to refrain from traveling to Lebanon and Syria until further notice, citing the current volatile situation in the region.

Sri Lankans currently residing in Lebanon and Syria are urged to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions, including limiting outdoor movements and staying in regular contact with the Sri Lankan Embassy in Beirut and the Honorary Consul in Damascus.
