State Minister Geetha Kumarasinghe to Join SJB Rally in Kandy Today

State Minister of Women and Child Affairs, Geetha Kumarasinghe, is set to join the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) public rally in Kandy this afternoon (9).

Kumarasinghe, a Member of Parliament representing the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP), currently serves as the State Minister of Women and Child Affairs. She is expected to endorse opposition leader Sajith Premadasa in the upcoming presidential election.

Sources indicate that Kumarasinghe will attend the rally and publicly pledge her support to the SJB’s Presidential Candidate and Leader of the Opposition, Sajith Premadasa.
