Dr. Tilak Siyambalapitiya has been appointed as the chairman of state-owned Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) with immediate effect.
Dr. Siyambalapitiya carries 40 years of experience in the energy sector of Sri Lanka, in south and southeast Asia, the Middle East and east Africa.
