There are signs that the upcoming presidential election will be a battle between two of the country’s leading businessmen.
It is with the announcement that two prominent businessmen, Dilith Jayaweera and Dhammika Perera, will contest for the upcoming presidential election.
Recently, businessman Dhammika Perera stated that he is ready to run for the presidential election with a party that can guarantee that he can get more than 51% percent of the votes.
Meanwhile, businessman Dilith Jayaweera has also said that he will contest for the upcoming presidential election and his election operation office is scheduled to be opened tomorrow (11/10) in Colombo.
