The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) has announced an 18-hour water supply suspension affecting several areas in Colombo.
The water cut, which began at 12 noon today (Nov. 29), will continue until 6:00 a.m. tomorrow (Nov. 30). It impacts Colombo 12, 13, 14, and 15.
The suspension is necessary to facilitate urgent repairs on the main transmission line connecting the Ambatale treatment plant to Eli House. Residents are advised to plan accordingly.
