He emphasized that claims of allocating Rs. 26 billion to feed 1.7 million children, covering all primary grade students nationwide, should be supported by thorough numerical analysis.
Speaking as the chief guest at the inauguration of a new six-storied dormitory complex for students at the German Tech Institute, Minister Premajayantha underscored the importance of practical assessments before making promises regarding the school lunch programme’s expansion.
