A section of Gampaha town was flooded on Monday evening (3) due to the overflowing of the Attanagalu Oya.
Sri Lanka Police reported that several areas, including the vicinity of the Gampaha Railway Station, Bus Stand, and the Gampaha-Ja Ela and Gampaha-Minuwangoda roads, remain flooded.
The police also stated that vehicular movement has been disrupted as a result.
