An industry media announcement has revealed that the maximum retail price of a 50kg bag of cement has been decreased by Rs. 50, bringing it down to Rs. 2,400, with immediate effect starting from today, May 01.
Cement at this newly adjusted maximum retail price is anticipated to be readily available in the market from today onwards.
Reportedly, this price revision is intended to stimulate the local construction industry by transferring the cost benefit directly to consumers.
