On Tuesday, the 7th of May, Parliament passed the amended Recovery of Loans by Banks (Special Provisions) (Amendment) Bill without any alterations. This bill, designed to enable legal provisions for the suspension of the Parate Law until December 15, 2024, aims to streamline the recovery of loans by financial institutions.
