Information has been revealed about a scheme to defraud job seekers by falsely claiming that jobs will be provided in the Customs Department.
Customs Department spokesperson Sivali Arukgoda reported that they have received numerous complaints regarding this scheme.
Arukgoda stated that the scheme targets candidates taking exams for state sector positions.
He clarified that there is no alternative method for joining the Customs Department, and only those who achieve high marks in the competitive exam will be recruited.
