Starting tomorrow until February 02, a special traffic plan will be implemented around Galle Face due to Independence Day rehearsals. The designated traffic plan will be in effect from 6 am to 8.30 am and from 11 am to 12.30 pm.
As part of the plan, the road from Colpetty to Galle Face Roundabout and the road from Ceramic Junction to Galle Face Roundabout will be temporarily closed during the specified periods.
Additionally, Colombo will have a special traffic plan in place for Independence Day on the 4th. Commuters and residents are advised to take note of these arrangements and plan their travel accordingly to minimize inconvenience during these periods.
