The ‘Thalduwa Hill Climb 4×4’ racing tournament, held at the Avissawella Talduwa ‘Horse Hill’ track, reached a successful conclusion last weekend.
Organized by ‘The Scorpion’ Club, one of Sri Lanka’s foremost off-road motor racing clubs, this tournament marked the inaugural event at the recently completed Thalduwa ‘Horse Hill’ track.
Competitions in Extreme, Standard, Standard Modified, and ATV categories took place on March 23 and 24, encompassing a diverse range of challenges.
Gayan Liyanarachchii emerged victorious in the Standard Modified category.
According to the organizers, the next tournament by ‘The Scorpion’ club is slated for August at the Thalduwa ‘Hose Hill’ track.
